I've started 'flexing my crafting muscles' to fulfill my sister-in-law's request for Valentine cards for my niece and nephew's day-care pals. Thirty...and I've completed about eight. In a performance similar to my "90 Tags of Christmas" expedition, I simply can not make 30 of the same cards. I haven't figured out how many of 'what design' to do, yet, but here are two...and yes, that is a "kiss" die, and yes, I put faces on them, and freckles. Making cards for little ones is simply tooooo much fun...
Of course, I need a challenge to spark the ideas and Mojo Monday #328 was just the ticket...
Thanks so much for dropping by; your visit and comments make my day!
Oh my I love the little kisses!! And the freckles hehe!!
Adorable, Carol ... those little people (and your SIL) will love them ... sweet freckles and faces ... and yes, sooo much fun! Anita :)
How cute!! :)
Your cards made me smile!
No! No way. No how... COULD THESE BE ANY MORE ADORABLE!! These are just perfect!! Oh that face is just adorable with it's sweet eyes (they sparkle!), the rosy cheeks and gah, the freckles!!! The kids are going to LOVE these. I sure do!!!
That's some awesome flexing :)
Ooooh how darling!! I love the cute little faces! I can see why these would be fun! They make me smile just looking at them!! Good luck on making that 30 goal! That's a lot of happy little kisses! heheh!
Hmm, I am assuming that 'kisses' are a sweet of some kind in the US?! Whatever they are, they are adorable! I love that they have little smiling faces and looked pleased as punch! These are gorgeous little cards to add to your ever growing gallery of gorgeous cards! :)
oh...these are just too cute! Such a fun pair of cards, and you are so sweet to help your SIL out, what a doll you are. I am sure their day care pals will be so excited to have a piece of your handywork for their own.
These two are waaaaay sweeter than any chocolate bar! Okay...so when you said you 'put faces and freckles on them (and nice rosy cheeks)...did you draw that freehand or is it a stamp? If it is freehand...then wowzers - you need to be illustrating children's books! If it is a stamp, then I would love to know which one!
Love the mix of colors and DP...and LOVE the slightly askew banner! Lucky ducks that get these sweet wishes in their heart shaped construction paper card holders (or are kids not allowed to do that anymore?)
So creative & perfect for kiddos--too cute!
OHHHHHH MY! I cannot believe you are making 30 different Vday cards! WOW!! That's amazing! You inspire me!
LOVE these little kisses!! Such cute little faces-- adooooooooooooorable! I absolutely love the facial details- LOVE those cheeks! LOVE the papers too! Fab as always, Carol <3
How cute are these then! Love the little faces on them. hugs Mrs A.
Those smiley kisses couldn't be sweeter!! Have a lovely time making the rest of them--and I agree, replicating the same card over and over is *such* a drag. Hope you can have some fun with these!
Oh my,Carol...these are SOOO cute!! The kisses with the faces are to cute! I think i need to dust of some of my Peachy Keen Stamps! Haven't used them in ages!! I just love these cards!!
Awww...so cute and sweet! I love the banners hanging off the edge! The littlets will LOVE these!
