Inkspirational Challenge #208~Designer's Choice (Animal: Real or Magical)...Fox and Turtle Happy Birthday

Hello,

Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #208 where, as my designer's choice, I've selected 'animals': real or magical! I KNOW you have animals of various shapes, sizes and species in your collection! Let's fill the gallery with a veritable zoo of delightful creatures!

I was planning on going with magical animals (unicorns, to be precise...of course), but my long-ago acquired MFT Sending Sweet Birthday Wishes animals were giving me puppy dog (or rather, turtle and fox) eyes for want of attention (honestly, I can't believe that this is a first time inking with this set! And this isn't the only one! YIKES!).  So, unicorns shall await another day while the fox and turtle come out to play!

My wonderful teammates have interpreted  LEAP in most delightful fashions. Please visit and leave them some love, which I know will be deeply appreciated:

Looking forward to seeing you in the gallery!

Just Us Girls Challenge #526~Word Week...Get Well Soon

Hello,

Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #526, where our lovely Sue has selected *Heal* - be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual - for this week's word theme.

We're thrilled to have talented Vicky Hayes as our guest designer; please wander to her blog for a visit and, afterwards, drop by at my wonderful JUGS team's places: Sue, Angie, Vicki, Ina, Bobby, Nancy, Lisa, Maria and Cécile. If you have a chance to comment, that would be a real treat.

I've taken 'heal' quite literally, with a rainbow of band-aids (The Stamp Market's Mini Hellos)  that, hopefully, are spirit-lifting and smile making!

That's it from me! Looking forward to seeing your 'heal' cards this week!

Thank you for dropping by!

The images are so sweet (I'm crushing over the blustery wind!) and you'll definitely see more of these stamps at play very soon!

I'm also sharing the *front* of my card over at AAA Cards CAS Game #160~Maxi White Space. Hopefully the 'under the weather' scene is sufficiently mini to qualify as white-space maxi*grin*

Happy Little Stampers March 2020 Christmas Challenge~Anything Goes (optional twist: Beverage)...Big & Bold Snowflakes

Hello,

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge; Anything Goes is always the theme with an optional twist which, this month, is beverage.

Colorado Craft Company's Big & Bold line of stamps are precisely that: Big, Bold and Beautiful!  I've created two cards using the Warm Wishes Snowflake and oh my...this is one large, lovely image! For each card, I used three-four gradients of ink (Altenew for the blue; Pinkfresh Studio for the coral), over-stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with clear powder. They have a pretty sheen in real life. I wanted to keep the snowflake as visible as possible, so I created thin sentiment strips with Concord & 9th's Joy set. Is it too early to have my 2020 Christmas card design already decided *grin* This snowflake...swoon-inducing!

That's it from me; please head over to the blog to see my talented teammates' festive delights.

Looking forward to visiting your Christmas cards in the gallery!

Happy Little Stampers March 2020 CAS Challenge~Mini Birthday Wishes

Hello,

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers March 2020 CAS Challenge, where we're inviting you to share your favourite technique.

I'm not sure that my 'favourite' card-making 'activities' truly qualify as techniques but...they are the thing that bring me most joy and satisfaction: stamping, die-cutting and, of late, copic colouring (when it works *grin*).

I've used The Stamp Market's So Mini Hellos as my showcase...I LOVE these! Our neighbours have three mini coopers - one of which is yellow and black - so I'll be dropping these off once I have a few more made (nearly done a bundle of 6-7).  Fingers crossed they'll like them!  I plan to make more as I've only tapped one of the several 'accessories'!  Still have trees, hearts, gifts, crafting supplies (yep!), wreaths and more to go!

Mini cars; mega smiles!

That's it from me; please head over to the blog to see how my talented teammates interpreted this month's theme. A reminder that we're looking for CAS designs.

See you in the gallery!

Welcome to STAMPlorations March 2020 CAS Challenge, where Anything Goes is always theme, with an optional twist that, this month, is light blue.

Just Us Girls Challenge #525~Wild Card: Inlay Die Cuts....LOVE!

Hello,

Happy February 29th!  Hope you have wonderful plans for this extra day! Me: off to a pop-up shopping event by a local retailer! Yayyyy!  Picking up some new Lawn Fawn and maybe a couple other things!

Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #525, where our lovely Nancy invites us to Inlay Die Cuts for this week's Wild Card theme.

We are super thrilled to have incredibly talented Betty Jacobson joining us once again as Guest Designer - but also sad that this will be her finale with us. Betty, your inspiration this month has been above and beyond! Thank you for gracing us with your talents and, hopefully, we'll see you often in the gallery! Please wander to her blog for a visit and, afterwards, drop by at my wonderful JUGS team's places: Sue, Angie, Vicki, Ina, Bobby, Nancy, Lisa, Maria and Cécile. If you have a chance to comment, that would be a real treat.

I'm sharing some 'floral' love today, complete with a little bee!  Hope you can see that these sweet  Paper Smooches Garden Greetings (except for the bee, who is buzzing overhead) are inlaid into the panel (I suspect you can because.my die-cutting is not exactly straight...sigh!!).  The panel is propped up with foam tape, so in real life, the recessing is quite evident. Such a joy to colour these; they are adorable, as are the other stamps in the collection.

That's it from me! Looking forward to seeing you go *wild* with inlay die cuts this week!

Thank you for dropping by!
