Hello,
Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #580, where our sweet hostess, Lisa, selected this trio of colours for inspiration. Sooooo pretty!
Once again, we're delighted to have Claire Apostoloff guest designing with us; her card is wonderful, as are those created by my teammates. Do check them out and, if you can, leave them some love.
I've had this Thick Brush stencil from Gina K Designs for ages, carefully tucked away in my stencils binder where, like too many others, it was forgotten. Fortunately, it caught my eye during a flip-through and the play date happened, finally. Distress inks in the colours mentioned, a die-cut sentiment from Poppy Stamps (that Poe Script style is lovely), a sticker and...done!
That's it from me; looking forward to seeing how you use the palette this week!
NOTE: Honoured and delighted to be selected as one, of two, Seize the Cake winners for this challenge!

So beautiful, Carol! Love the blending and the fun shape of the stencil design. Thanks for sharing. Hugs!
Well this rocks the colors! It turned out so pretty. Thanks for joining in at STB too ;)
I love how those colors mix and blend through the stencil, Carol. Such a lovely card with that die cut sentiment.
So pretty! The colours work beautifully for a stencilled background. And I agree, that is a gorgeous font for the die cut HB.
This is outstanding! Don't put this stencil away quite yet as it is wonderful. You should make more backgrounds as your blending is pure perfection. Awesome Birthday card! Have a great week!
Such a sweet card, love your ink blending and the die - perfection!
Stunning use of the colors and blended to perfection using that pretty stencil! Love the white die cut sentiment in that beautiful font paired with the little white on black sentiment strip!
My friend, I just realized I forgot to thank you for linking up with us at Seize the Birthday too, Somedays I don’t know quite where my brain is. HUGS!
This is so soft and pretty - I'm always really heavy handed with the distress inks but this looks like you've used a really soft touch, almost like you've covered it with a panel of vellum. It's lovely!
Love that stencil and how you used it with the colors. So soft and pretty! Great sentiment die cut too! Lovely card!
CASimply beautiful Carol. Gorgeoud die cut sentiment and wow to your blending.
