A Little Note of Love....Annabelle Stamps #176: February Challenge

Guess who's turning FOUR today....my niece!!  Gahhh....I can't believe my sweet little girl has gone from this little darling who completely stole my heart at first glance - or rather, at the very second my brother called to say she was born...oh, look at me, I'm welling up with tears! -
(Umm...ignore me here...my hair is MUCH more grey and crazy wild curly...)

to this 'bigger' darling, who every second of every day, makes my heart happy (as does her little brother).

Sighhh...I suggested to her, during my last visit as I was carrying  her (because we decided that carrying is a good thing - on account of  'it's like walking with hugs" -  and my carrying opportunities are becoming shorter), that perhaps she should stop growing up so fast. Her response, "You're craaaazzyyy, Aunty C!"  She tells me that a lot...  Her birthday party with all her daycare pals will be this Sunday, and the following weekend, we'll be heading to visit.  Family birthday is 100% on the agenda!  By that time, my nephew will have turned two (gahhhh...again!), so double the fun!!

Anyway, on that note of exponential LOVE...time to show you a little love card. Remember these two cards from a previous post (Cure for the Monday Blues challenge) featuring my Annabelle Stamps Scribble Scrabble 2: in the Square?

I decided to bring that set out once again to play in the Annabelle Stamps #176 Theme Challenge: Love

Seven stamps on the card + two on the matching envelope...the more I use this set, the more possibilities I see...

After I post this, I'm calling my niece to wish her a most HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY...a little 'call' filled with a whole lot of love!!

Thanks so much for dropping by; your visit and comments make my day!

My heart just melted! Like everyone else, "walking with hugs" is the sweetest thing ever! Don't those two just fill your heart with so much love it could just burst?! Sweet HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes to Miss Niece, and also to Mr. Nephew for his upcoming big day!! Boy are those two lucky to have the best, most loving, most thoughtful and coolest Aunt in the whole world! The card - just lovely, Carol!! Perfect CAS and absolutely perfect design! Love that heart strip stamp and of course the scrabble pieces! And the matching envie - fabulous!!!

Now, this is one COOL design!!! The right angle of the row of hearts in relation to the LOVE and the subtle image below is so effective! Add in the sweet wee envie and voila - another "love-ly' creation!

She is just so adorable & they do grow up so fast! Obvious you were immediately smitten! Reminds me of the Thanksgiving at my sister's when my second niece was a couple weeks old & in every picture Greta is holding the baby--LOL! You really are making great use of that set, Carol! 2 birthdays in one trip--lots of fun! PS--yes, getting pretty excited that I'm about to be a puppy momma again! Taking most of 3 weeks off for my "adoption leave"--LOL!

Happy birthday to your gorgeous niece and nephew!! Hope you have a wonderful time with them...lol, like there is any doubt!! "Walking with hugs" is just the most fantastic turn of phrase. My little cuties are too big to walk with hugs but I still grab them for hugs whenever I can. Your card and matching envelope - what can I say, C? - beautiful! Simple, elegant, sweet, and just plain awesome!

Awww, too cute! I love the idea of walking with hugs! I only know one person little enough to do that with but I'm not sure he'll go for it...he's 4 now and is getting too cool for cuddles :( I'll have to convince him! I hope you have an absolutely great time with your little loves :)

This card is just as cute as the little ones - perfectly CAS and super awesome! ;)
