From Our Home to Yours...Inkspirational Challenge #177~Word Prompt (CASE)

Hello,

Hard to believe that Christmas is already over and that we're gearing up for what will hopefully be a most marvelous New Year!

Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #177, where we're inviting you to CASE one of your favourite cards from 2018, or one from another designer. A broad spectrum of choice...and we're certainly looking forward to seeing both the card/project that sparked your creativity and the you you've transformed it.

I decided to case my tag from this post, using Studio Katia's Holiday Village stamps and die sets and the pretty Bookmark die:

My cards use the same village sets, set inside the Scallop Window die, backed with paper from Lawn Fawn.

My wonderful teammates have interpreted the prompt in beautiful ways; please visit and leave them some love, which I know will be deeply appreciated:

Looking forward to visiting you in the gallery!

Say What? Critter Tags...Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #42~Winter Holiday

Hello,

Guess what? I made a tag!  Well...technically, I made 'slightly' more than one tag.

Here's a few...and...

here's the whole kit-and-kaboodle!  Lawn Fawn Say What? Critters and tags for my niece and nephew's classmates (about 60, in all) that I was lucky enough to deliver in person last weekend. They're in charge of putting on the twine/ribbon...and were happily doing so when we left.

A sample of a few of the cute unicorns,

the adorable reindeer and

the cool penguins.

The llamas' photo was too blurry and, because I was in a rush to pack-and-go, a retake opportunity didn't happen. We'll just consider them 'camera shy' *grin*

NOTE:  Honoured to be selected as a Featured Fawnatic. THANK YOU!

Delivering this 'visual' batch to Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #42~Winter Holiday

which, in my case, is making tags/mini cards/bookmarks or whatevers for my niece, nephew and their classmates, several times throughout the year.

Hope the kids like them...

Joy, Wonderful and 'Tis the Season....Inkspirational Challenge #176~Photo Inspiration

Hello,

I'm joining my wonderful team to launch the next Inkspirational challenge, but before I do: OHMYSTARS! Our Anything Goes Christmas challenge saw 157 awesome cards/projects in the gallery!  Thank you so much for bringing mega watt smiles to all our faces!  Festive spirit soaring!!

Okay...

Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #176~Photo Inspiration, where we're inviting you to feast your eyes on this stunning table arrangement! From colours, to objects, to foods, to shimmer and shine..the the sparks to fuel your creativity abound!

For my cards, I focused on this section of the photo; specifically, the whisper of pink behind the wine glass, the glimpses of gold on the candle, the feather and napkin (or so I think it is, just behind the blueberries) and the dark hue of the wine (brandy?).  I also spotted an image that looks like a wee angel (right hand side).

Here's my trio of 4.5 square cards...

The background for the first two uses the new Quilted stencil from Uniko.
The third card's background is patterned paper from Kaisercraft; all three sport Kaisercraft ephemera. I rarely use pre-fab elements but sometimes...you just 'have to', specially when they're 'this' pretty!

My wonderful teammates have interpreted the prompt in beautiful ways; please visit and leave them some love, which I know will be deeply appreciated:

UNIKO STUDIO December 2018 New Release: Release Day, Blog Hop and Giveaway!

Hello,

As you've likely noticed, our sweet, talented and obviously energetic Bev has managed to squeeze in another release to close 2081.  She's been sharing sneak peeks and gorgeous introductions to the four new stamp sets and 2 new stencils over the past few days (In the Forest and Let It Snow stencils here; Wonderful Day here; Snowflake Serenade here; Pure Florals: Peony here).

Today, the rest of the team is joining her for the UNIKO STUDIO December 2018 New Release: Release Day, Blog Hop and Giveaway!  The release will be available today (December 11, 2018) at 9:00pm GMT.

First, a view of the new products....

Lovely, right? Right!

My cards feature all the newcomers (except for Wonderful Day, only because I'm (still) in 'dire' need of Christmas cards and I got caught up with the stencils *grin*) . Since this is photo-heavy, I'll let the photos do most of the talking...

In the Forest stencil, inked once with Tea Dye ink then the stencil slightly shifted and re-inked with Tattered Rose. This may be a new favourite combination. Added a die cut deer from my collection and a sentiment from Peace on Earth.

In the Forest stencil, embossed with white embossing powder, snowflake using Designer Dies Snowflake Trio. and a sentiment from Peace on Earth.

Snowflake Serenade, with sequins from Studio Katia

Let It Snow stencil, inked with Evergreen Bough distress ink; deer and sentiment from stash.

Back to the Tea Dye and Tattered Rose distress inks for this Let it Snow stencil; wooden snowflake from stash; sentiment from Peace on Earth

One more wintry wonderland, using Nuvo Moonstone shimmer paste, mixed
with just a 'hint' of evergreen bough.

Shifting from winter to spring/summer with a quartet Pure Florals: Peony. Used my zigs ('relatively' cooperative) so sure hope I've done this pretty set justice!

That's all from me...sending you on your merry way to hop, hop, hop, then shop, shop, shop!!

It's the Season of Giving and Bev is being wonderfully generous (as she always is): leaving comments along the hop puts you in the running to win the ENTIRE Release!! Head over to the Uniko Studio blog for details.

Enjoy!

Hello,

Turns out I have even 'more' of them waiting in the wings...I wonder where they'll appear next *grin*

Please visit my teammates to see their wonderful creations and, if you have a moment, leave them some love. I know they'll be thrilled!
