Welcome to Happy Little Stampers March 2022 (where did February go??) CAS Challenge, where this month's theme is WATER. Water colour, water images...plenty of ways to 'splash' water on your projects!

I created a pastel ocean scene as my take on water, complete with waves, water bubbles and, of course a pretty mermaid. A simple sentiment finishes it off.

I've had this set from Concord & 9th for ages (seriously...ages!) and finally decided it was time to play. A quick rummage through scraps of alcohol inked panels I've made yielded enough to create a couple of floral sprigs to adorn the double cut frame. So easy when bits and pieces come together nicely!

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers January 2022 CAS Challenge, where this month ANYTHING GOES!  A great way to celebrate the New Year by sharing whatever floats your fancy and, perhaps, showcasing some new crafting goodies. 

I've brought out a Concord & 9th collection that has been sitting in my stash for a while, so this marks their debut. Say hello to the Iconic Christmas dies, a set of sweet mini festive delights.  Green, gold and red mirror cardstock for each, paired with a sentiment from Your Next Stamp. Easy...and not overly fiddly!

My most loveable pet x infinity is our sweet miniature schnauzer, Lily, who turned three (where did the time go?) on November 1st. Why go with a stamp when a photo of my 'real' precious girl is so adorable (and yes, I am a very biased-furbaby mom!).

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers October 2021 Challenge, where *One Layer* is this month's inpsiration.

One layer cards: GAHHHH! Not a fan but...I did managed...sort of! A simple 4.5 x 4.5 canvas-like panel, copic coloured (I'm so out of practice with those) and done.  The sentiment: something I need to do more of these days. And I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in believing that many of us could use extra zen in our lives (crafting is my zen *grin*)

Happy Little Stampers September 2021 CAS Challenge~Winged Things...Waffle Flower Unicorn

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers September 2021 CAS Challenge, where we're inviting you to showcase 'winged things' on your projects. Butterflies, planes, dragonflies...so many choices, right!

My Waffle Flower Unicorn is finally making its debut...with its adorable itty-bitty wings! So dang cute!  Even though this sweet die occupies most of the card panel, cutting it in white maximizes white space, with a few pops of colour.  No sentiment; I think the heart says it all!

Christmas Blessings...Happy Little Stampers December 2018 CAS Card Challenge~Emboss

Hello, 

New month means new challenges over at Happy Little Stampers and today, I'm delighted to join the team in creating cards for the December 2018 CAS Challenge. Our theme: EMBOSS

I embossed the Uniko Christmas Folk stencil, but the lighting...oh my stars! So difficult to show the imprint of those lovely poinsettias that, in real life, are very prominent, and the shimmer of the Delicata red ink.  Sighhh...we need some sunshine around here to a) fulfill my daily dose of 'natural' Vitamin D and make my already photography-challenged situation a bit less challenging.  On the plus side:  Yayyy to another Christmas card to the pile for my mom! As for my stash...there are some things best left unsaid *grin*

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers August 2018 CAS Challenge~DIE CUTS!  Yayyy for die cuts!

Here's my little fox, framed in a floral wreath, dropping by with a sweet hello.  Super CAS and, I hope, super sweet!  The images are from Concord & 9th's Furry Friends set. The fox image can double as a raccoon. A bear/panda, horse/unicorn and a deer with/without antlers, as well as a frame, assortment of florals and an assortment of sentiments are all part of the mix.  Plenty to play with...as you shall see *grin*

One layer cards....eeeeeeekkkkkkkk!  Yes, found this a challenge but, I persevered and wound up with this little number.  I know...my images are a bit too high, but after several attempts to line up these Simon Says Stamps Fingerprint Doodle critters (they are sooooo adorable!), I went with the first version that 'kinda-sorta' worked out.  Let's just call this design innovation *grin*
