Hello,
Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #710, where our wonderful Lisa has selected a cozy mood board as inspiration this week.
We're delighted to have Stef Perry joining us once again as our Guest Designer.
I drew inspiration primarily from the colours, the heart and background textures in creating my card. Grey and brown are obvious. The cookies and skin tone seemed similar, although I'm not sure if I captured them as well as I had hoped in reaching for Dried Marigold. Sighhh...
My design and product choice were inspired by Dilay Nacar's card here. Once I had the idea in my head, I had to see it through...and hopefully, you'll see some level of an aesthetic connection with the mood board.
Looking forward to a gallery filled with cozy!

What a pretty stenciled heart with the same cozy feel as our moodboard!! Great card using the colors and heart from the board...very inspired!!
Your stenciled heart is perfectly charming, Carol! I think you captured the colors and feel of the board beautifully. Your card is marvelous!
Carol... fabulous use of that stencil! Love the soft colors... really impactful.
I love your card, and you certainly used the colors in it beautifully. Those cookies and skin definitely have a bit of yellowish/orangish, and so I think Dried Marigold was a good choice. Your stenciling of so light and lovely.
I love your stenciled heart, Carol! It certainly embodies all the coziness of the mood board with your soft stenciling and looks fab against the embossed gray background. Gorgeous card!
Pretty stenciled heart - great inspired card
I can definitely see how several of the photos inspired your lovely card, Carol.
I love how the Moodboard inspired that beautiful heart. The background was the perfect choice to show it off and the simple sentiment finished it off beautifully.
