Welcome to Happy Little Stampers August 2019 Anything Goes with Dies Challenge.

Playing - a LOT - with Lawn Fawn's Magic Picture Changer! Initially, I figured this die/stamps combination would be too complex for my skill levels but...re-considered, took the plunge and sooooo glad I did! It's really easy to assemble and the results are delightful! More on the 'do' list!

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers August 2019 Christmas Challenge - always Anything Goes - with an optional twist which, this month, is Jingle Bells.

I created a very simple Santa suit *grin* and I'm sure that you can 'hear' the jingle bells in the background! Whenever I see/think Santa, the bells seem to ring...or maybe that's just me!

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers August 2019 CAS Card Challenge, where our theme is USE ONLY ONE THIRD. 

I'm totally behind-the-times when it comes to using alcohol inks, but working on catching up. I used a section of a 'new' combination (called Spring Break...although I think it 'Autumn' would be more apt) here. Paired it with a die-cut bloom and sentiment (both from Pinkfresh Studio) and...done!

Tag, You're It! Challenge #93~Bookmarks

Welcome to Tag, You're It! Challenge #93, where we're inviting you to design bookmarks! Something fun; something practical, especially as the school year is rapidly approaching. Feel free to be inspired by the photo or by whatever you choose, from classy and elegant, to cute and whimsical. Looking forward to being dazzled (and would love if you shared a favourite book you've read...I'm always on the lookout!). 

I love these shelves, filled with rows of books and various knick-knacks. Definitely 'book' marks! As it turns out, I found a sheet of Pinkfresh Studio paper with a similar design, so I made three tags and all VERY simple, with the addition of a some stickers, a bit of die-cutting (didn't want to waste the wee strip I had left over after creating the tags) and a teensy bit of stamping.

Pinkfresh Studio July 2019 Monthly Challenge...Sweet Lemonade

Popping in quickly (company arriving within the hour...so excited to see my niece and nephew!) to share my makes for the Pinkfresh Studio July 2019 Monthly Challenge, where the focus is on diecuts/cutfiles, as well as the moodboard/palette.

Lemonade, anyone? Two flavours...

I definitely used die-cuts *grin* and, except for blue, I think I've covered three of the remaining colour choices. Love this Sweet Lemonade stamp and die combination and the Essentials: Braided Oval set...which is *definitely* essential!

I also made a tag - shared earlier as DT inspiration at Tag, You're It.

Inkspirational Challenge #193~Word Prompt...Hooray Ribbon Assortment

Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #193, where FOLD is our word prompt. Oh, the possibilities, right?

I did a WHOLE lot of folding for this challenge! Recently, I purchased Concord & 9th's Hooray Ribbon die (I believe it's on their retirement list, so thrilled to get it before it's gone) and ohmystars! I went to town with that die! 

First, a couple of encouragement/celebration ribbons for my nephew. Papers/ephemera from Cocoa Vanilla's Boys Rule collection (purchased through my local retailer: Scrap Shotz)

Then a set for my niece, using papers/ephemera from Simple Stories Crafty Girl (also from Scrap Shotz).

Excited to share these with them when they visit THIS WEEK!! Wooo hooooooo!
