Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #831, where Vicki has selected PLAY as our Word Week theme.
Once again, we're delighted to have Bonnie Klass joining us as our July Guest Designer.
Of course I went with "playing hockey' as my interpretation of this multi-nuanced word. I've used a new medium for the hockey player image - rice paper - designed by Canadian company, Ronron Designs. The background paper is from Simply Stated Design, also Canadian and, sadly, closed for all but the owner's Patreon group. Happy to report I'm one of those! Yay! I'll add a sentiment appropriate for the occasion; secretly hoping it will be to congratulate my nephew for making a high level team. Fingers crossed!

Your hockey player is such a fabulous image and so perfect this challenge! I love that background paper, it looks like the ice with all of the skate marks.
Time has gone by fast if C is old enough to play on a high level team, Carol. Whether he does or not I'm sure he will appreciate this wonderful hockey themed card.
