Hello,
Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #215 where we have this fabulous paint photo to spark your creativity! Isn't that blob of yellow paint lovely? *Almost* makes me want to pick up a paintbrush!
NEWSFLASH! We're thrilled and delighted to welcome a new designer to the Inkspirational team: Lindsey, from Bashful Blogging. I'm sure many of you are familiar with her amazing talents; if not, you're in for a treat! She's amazing!
I went full-on colour inspired with my card...including a BIG focal yellow image. I stamped the Concord & 9th's Painted Rose in Versamark on grey cardstock for the background, then used the stamps/dies for the yellow bloom and the sentiment. This rose is sooooo pretty in any colour!
My wonderful teammates have interpreted the prompt in most delightful fashions. Please visit and leave them some love, which I know will be deeply appreciated:
Looking forward to seeing you in the gallery!
Thank you for dropping by!

Beautiful bloom! Love the contrast of the yellow and gray. Sure makes the rose pop, Carol. Wonderful work!
The yellow rose looks fantastic, but I’m equally impressed by the background, what a great idea to use the image two ways. Very elegant!
Beautiful Carol!!! And yay for Lindsey!!!
Oh shush, you're making me blush. :D What an absolutely beautiful rose - totally fits the inspiration photo!
Gorgeous!! I love your soft yellow rose on the gray - and that you added a hint of the rose on the gray!
I really like the tonal stamping on the grey card and then the big yellow bloom- lovely!
Wow... this is GORGEOUS! I seriously love this one with the bold flower and the vivid colors. So pretty!
