Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #145~Designer's Choice. For this go-round, our sweet Sandie invites us to bring One Layer cards to the gallery....
Please visit my teammates whose cards are
truly one-layer wonders!
As I mentioned in a previous post, one-layer cards pose challenging for me...I *need* my die cut panels! Fortunately, I have some ah-mazing new Uniko products on hand, which helped to alleviate my 'sure to make a mess' worries! In fact, after success with the first, I took a chance on a second...and here are the results...
I was thinking baby card with this one...or at least something for a wee one...(inspired by Bev's card here)
Your turn! Looking forward to your *one layer* delights filling the gallery!

Gorgeous card, I struggle with 1 layer too, but this looks fantastic, Cathy x
These are both wonderful and I really love these new Uniko star stamps! It's amazing how different looks one gets with different color schemes. The layout of your first card is perfect for a CAS one layer, I'm pinning this for future inspiration... So don't say anymore that you can't do one layers! :)
Both cards are beautiful, Carol. I say you rocked the one layer challenge. Although I completely understand where you are coming from when you say you are definitely challenged by making a one layer card. I think the stars inside the stars is a cool image. I like the vertical lines of the first and the colors and different star variations on the second. You are definitely shining brightly! :) Hugs!
oooh lovely starry cards and just perfect as one-layer-cards.
A duo of starry inspiration, Carol ... such fun, bright delights! Hugs, Anita :)
Awesome blog, i always enjoy & read the post you are sharing!

What fantastic stamps! Those stars really stand out and I like how you added so much color! Great job with the one layer!

Fun star cards!
I feel like you made these cards featuring all those pretty stars just for me! Love them!
Birthday. Baby. Both cards use those cards in a great way, with great colors, Carol.
Ooohhh ! I love these cards so much !! I actually love Stars so much!
Looks like you do just fine with 1 layer--love both of these, especially the first one!
