HLS June 2021 Christmas Challenge~Anything Goes (optional: Tinsel)...Snowpeople Treat Sleeves

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers June 2021 Christmas Challenge. Anything Goes is always the theme with an optional twist which, this month, is Tinsel. 

No tinsel from me; rather I went with treat sleeves + labels/sentiments from My Creative Time. Of course, I couldn't leave the sleeves 'simple', so I brought out two adorable snowpeople from Your Next Stamp.  All kinds of little sweets can fit into these packages...right now, I'm thinking BIG cookies!

HLS June 2021 CAS Challenge~Bottoms Up...Champagne Cheers Tag

Welcome to Happy Little Stampers June 2021 CAS Challenge, where this month's theme is "Bottoms Up."

Because I don't have many wine/beer images in my collection, I was very tempted to colour a turtle, place him upside down, and call it a 'feel better soon' card. Alas, I don't have any turtles that would work well, topsy-turvy, so perhaps that's a good thing! Finally, I remembered a Colorado Craft Company set I've had for ages and voila...a CAS tag happened! The tag is from Studio Katia's Dotted Slimline set...so pretty!

The Color Hues Challenge #19~Blue and Brown...You are Perk-fect

Happy June 1st - already! Welcome to Color Hues Challenge #19, where our lovely Nancy invites us to use hues of Brown and Blue as inspiration for the next two weeks. This combination suits so many occasions, especially masculine cards. Father's Day...it's coming soon!

My Simon Says coffee cups seemed 'perk-fect' for this challenge, especially in two shades of blue and sporting sparkly brown hearts. I paired them with brown + kraft cardstock and voila...done! A cute mini slimline ready, I hope, to brighten someone's day. 

Then, I decided to make a matchy-match envelope. The die collection for both the card and envelope is from one of my favourite companiese: My Creative Time)

STAMPlorations June 2021 CAS Challenge~Anything CAS Goes (optional colour twist: Light blue + Cream)

Welcome to STAMPlorations June 2021 CAS Challenge, where Anything CAS goes with an optional colour twist which, this month, is Light Blue and Cream.  So pretty!

I've created a mini slimline using the lovely Flutter Zen 2 Layering Dies (this is one of my all-time favourite butterfly dies) and Skinny Sentiments. Cream pearls on the butterfly and voila...CAS, with the twist! Yayyyy!

Inkspirational Challenge #240~Photo...Just Saying Hello (MFT Sky High Balloons, Bears and Bunnies)

Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #240, where we have this fabulous photo as inspiration for the next two weeks. Hot air balloon, mountains, clouds, the lake, reflection...lots of choices.

I brought out the adorable MFT Sky High set for my card and created two sets of bunnies and bears hot-air ballooning through the sky. They are just so darn cute...and brave! You wouldn't catch me snoozing on top of a big ol' balloon...nope, I'd more than likely be the bunny tightly tucked into the basket, wondering how soon we'd be landing!

Just Us Girls Challenge #586~Wild Card: Spots and/or Dots...Polka Dot Celebrate

Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #586, where our sweet Angie has selected Spots and/or Dots as her 'wild card' inspiration. Hopefully, we'll see this 5th-weekend-in-May gallery filled to the brim with spotty and dotty makes!

We want to thank Jacinda  for being our fabulously inspiring guest designer this month. Her card is a delight, as you'll 'sea'! My teammates have shared charming cards as well; if you have a chance to leave them some love, I know it will be appreciated.

I had so much fun making this card with some adorable patterned paper, a trio of cardstock balloons and a new set of tall frame + postage dies.  I love it when products do all the work!
