Welcome to Happy Little Stampers December 2022 Anything Goes with Dies Challenge.

My dies recipe includes: two tag dies (one to cut out the cutie patootie snowman from patterned paper; the other for the scalloped background); a thin strips die to cut the strips; a panel die.  All products from MCT. This snowman...he makes me smile!
