Small Gang and Guest Designer...NBUS #6

Hello,

I'm rushing in, before the Linky blinks closed at fabulous Darnell's NBUS #6 challenge

with my NBUS Stamping Bella The Stuffie Gang image that I coloured with my new polychromos pencils. I tried to follow the colour scheme from the stamp packaging, as I'm not particularly confident with colour matching. A WHOLE lot more practice with blending and shading is needed, but...'tis a start. Aren't those critters adorable?

Speaking of adorable...

I also have this princess picture to share with you, created by my most darling, sweet, precious guest designer....

Ms. T, my niece (missing front tooth and all)!  We had a conversation about NBUS over the weekend (trust me...she has a LOT of crafting NBUS!) and she decided that this fancy-schmancy picture is one of her favourites, coming as it does from her NBUS gi-normous Frozen colouring book.  She certainly has her own style, including designing her own backgrounds! No blank walls and floors for her, no siree!  Her work of art doesn't fit the challenge rules, but I thought I'd share my special girl and her craftiness with you anyway. Gosh darn but I love her to bits and pieces, and pieces and bits!

Welcome to Aunty's c's blog, Ms. T!!  LOVE YOU!

Thanks so much for spending part of your day with me; your visit brings me joy!

Love your furry little gang. It is so very cute. And, speaking of cute, your neice is a precious gem. Love her art work, and you are a very good aunt for teaching her all about NBUS! Good to see you are covering all the important stuff her mom might forget about.

OMGosh, this card is so cute Carol! I love those sweet critters, they just can't get any cuter. Your coloring is perfect, I see no need in practicing more my friend. I'm so smitten with how these pencils work. Might have to get some one day down the road. And look, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! Miss T is a very good at coloring! She is awesome at expressing herself as well. I love her Frozen picture and love that she is using some of her NBUS as well. I can see why you love this little sweetie! She is so cute holding her coloring page and wow that is a big page! It was nice seeing her guest designing on your blog Carol, I hope you have her back soon! Hugs, Brenda

Now you know, Carol, that your adorable niece stole the entire show, right? You made a card?! Thank you so much for finally sharing a photo of her (and if I have a minute, I'm going to see if himself has been shown somewhere!) and her magnificent coloring! Goodness sake, she REALLY is artistic to be able to color so well and create her own backgrounds at her age! AND she's neat, too, which I love!

Now, about your critter card ~ I totally love it, too! You know, I bought those darn pencils after you mentioned them, what, about a month ago and haven't even held one in my hand yet. Grrr. Not enough hours in the day as you know well! Thank you so much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #6 again! I apologize for taking so long to come by and thank you for this entry. I'm glad I'm feeling better and can be longer on the computer, so I didn't miss this!! Enjoy your day!! Mwah! Hugs, Darnell
