I hope all of you had a fabulous 'ringing in' of 2016! We enjoyed a 'lazy' evening...a late supper, a movie and fast asleep before 11:30. We are sooooo exciting! Today, we went cross-country skiing - which I love but rarely have opportunity to do, as my husband often has to work weekends in the winter - and it was fantastic! Of course, I can barely move at the moment...*grin*
I'm dashing in quickly to share a selection of Christmas cards that I sent out this year (as did my mom - and several were also sold at the seniors' residence where she volunteered), as I was totally smitten with with this Merry Kiss-mas cling mounted rubber stamp by Lindsay Ostrom, for Impression Obsession. That happy snowman face...irresistible! Some were coloured with Chameleon pens, some with Tombows. Loved x loved making these!! They're all a little bit the same, a little bit different.
Once you've scrolled through the snowmen, you'll see the cards I created for my family: a whole lot of colouring and love went these as well.
Here's a sample of the second batch...(missed a group photo of the first 10 made)
and the third.
My Mooses....for my sister and her husband, my brother and sister-in-law and her parents, Grammy and Grampy...
I'm entering the galleries at:

Wishing you a most marvelous 2016...filled with abundant blessings in every way, shape and form!
Thank you for spending time with me...I treasure your visits!

Darling Christmas cards, Carol! I loved cross-country skiing, but we haven't gone in many years now. Happy New Year!
And one of those darling snowman cards is MIIIIIINE! Thank you so much, Carol, you brightened my christmas with that funny and cheerful card. Glad to hear you had a great time as well, and that cross country skiing was fun. (I personally put my foot down when I was twelve and demanded different skis so I could race down steep hills. I prefer the adrenaline kick (and occasional concussion) to laboring along slopes :D ).
Wow, cross country skiing sounds so ambitious!! Good for you! Although I'm sure your muscles might not agree at first. Hey, I was asleep earlier than you, so don't feel too bad. I was woken up by neighbors shooting off fireworks at midnight, so I was still able to "ring" in the new year sort of kind of awake. I can totally see why you adore this snowman...it's fantastic. As are all the versions you created. You are very generous. But, of course, we knew this already. Happy, happy New Year! May it be filled with lots of crafty time! :) Hugs!
Just darling, c.... and mine is SO cute up close and personal like =]
Oh my goodness!! So many things going on with your post here!! I have wanted to try skiing for so many years now...I'm running out of young years, so it will be tougher on me now! LOL!! Extra padding on the buns!! :) I absolutely LOVE all of your creations here and you've made so many of them I see!! That snowman and the moose are just adorable! Enjoyable post my friend! HUGS
Wowsers, Carol. That is a lot of coloring. Your cards are amazing, and I think it is so very sweet of you to color so many cards yourself.
I'm so glad I was a recipient of one of those darling Kiss-mas snowmen, Carol. I can't imagine coloring that many cards all at once. The Christ-moose is so sweet and beautifully colored.
Wow, Carol, what splendid Christmas colouring ... so fabulous! That smiling snowman is just adorable and how cute are those moose (mooses??)! Wishing you a blessed 2016, my friend! Hugs, Anita :)
So cute. Thanks for joining us at Tuesday Throwdown for this challenge.

Such a fabulous collection of cards, Carol! You have really out-done yourself with the 'Cuteness Factor', and as always, your coloring is amazing!
Wow, I love the snowman stamp, those cards are so eye-catching! And your moose cards are the sweetest! Happy New Year!
WOW! What a wonderful array of cards you created! I love to see the same theme with subtle differences and seeing all of your color variations here was a treat! I also liked seeing the moose cards, which were so endearing! I love your attention to detail with the sequin ornaments on the trees. I'm sure the recipients were thrilled with these cards and I'm so glad you shared them with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
SWEET, SWEET COLORING pal! I bet it was fun! Regressing to a relaxing childhood activity is so good for the soul...and so nice for the lucky folks that received these cards!
It's here! It's here! It's here!!! That purple Kissmas is here...with me as I type. Thank you so so so much. I love it, I REALLY do. It's crazy cute. It's a blessing that our paths crossed and one day, hopefully, we'll be waving at each other from across the street! Have an amazing 2016, dear friend.
hugs, Asha
