Celebrate...CAS(E) this Sketch #122

Hello...

Wednesday has come rather quickly! Wow...and even though I've not crafted nearly as much as I would like (missing mojo...have you seen it? Send. it. back. Please.), I have a card to share for CAS(E) this Sketch #122, designed by the marvelously talented, ultra sweet, Leigh Penner. She is extraordinary, as a designer and especially, as a mom!

Yes, yes...I took liberties. I didn't include banners (sorry, Leigh), but hopefully, the two lines of sentiment are a 'close' replacement.  And, yes...you are right...any opportunity to 'fit' a butterfly, or two, or eleventy-twelve, into a challenge, rest assured, I'll give it my best shot *grin*

NOTE:  Honored and thrilled to be selected as a CAS(E) this Sketch Favourite! THANK YOU!!!

Short and sweet today...I have a disorganized crafting zone that needs some attention.  Given my space is the size of a postage stamp, even a small mess is chaotic!  I am running out of room to put stuff  (and that would be why,  you ask? Because stuff' keeps coming the mail...Funny how that happens) and it's make me a bit crazy.  May have to spill on to the kitchen table...

Thanks ever so much for dropping by; your visit and comments add sparkle to my day!
Hugs,

Just fluttering by to say that I think your card is beautiful and a good take on the sketch...shows what an artistic mind you have to be able to really put your own take on something and not copy exactly (more my style). Mojo popped by for a cuppa but is on his way home again..he shouldn't be long! As for the crafty space....well that's all the postman's fault..... definately........lets face it he doesn't want to be out of a job does he? Hugs xx

Lovely butterflies! Your cards are always smile inducing. I hope you get your space cleaned up to your liking and that your mojo comes back. I know how frustrating that can be.

I love your take on the sketch Carol and yes, I think you two lines of sentiment work great as the "banners". Such a beautiful card and a very "Carol" card with those beautiful butterflies! Hugs, Brenda

Your posts never cease to delight me! Craft Supply Spillage is a normal and expected side effect of this disease that afflicts us all. I remember my Baba telling me that the kitchen table is the heart of any home. Sooooo, it only makes sense that your supplies hang out on the table cuz then they will know how loved they are!

Gorgeous card - stunning colors! I love how you interpreted the sketch... perfect balance between the two butterflies & the sentiment, which in my humble opinion definitely qualifies as a banner replacement!

I just got some new Altenew stamps and I'm kicking myself for not getting the butterflies. Oh well, on my next shop......They look beautiful in the two tones of blue and I'm sure Leigh won't mind at all!!

Simply gorgeous, Carol ... you do beautiful butterflies like no other! Congratulations on having this fabulous card selected as a CTS Favourite ... so well deserved! I'm a postage-stamp crafter too ... can't expand just yet ... my compact and bijou stash would end up being renovated! One day ....! Hugs, Anita :)

See, you didn't need those banners to be a favorite at the challenge, Carol. Those butterflies frame the sentiment perfectly. I understand about the chaos. My space is small and I was working on three cards at a time.
