Hello,
Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #617 where, as this week's hostess, I'm inviting you to go WILD with PLAID! Whatever colours and style of plaid suit your fancy, we want to see it in the gallery!
A huge thank you to our Guest Designers, Chrissie Stokes and Stef Perry, whose cards have dazzled us all month long. Hope we'll see you playing along with us in future challenges.
I've already shared my Latte cover die in previous posts; now time to share the equally as awesome Stocking cover die (My Creative Time)! For the first card, the stocking is used as it's meant to be used - as part of the card base - and opens to reveal space for your message.
For this card, I cut the stocking as a separate piece and added it to the background. So. Much. FUN!
Yay for having two cards to add to your Christmas card stash. These are super duper cute, too!
ReplyDeleteWell done on the use of plaid! Cute card, fun challenge
ReplyDeleteCarol... that big stocking is too much fun! But am loving the plaid background as well. Assuming it is a DSP not stamped...correct?
ReplyDeleteLove the whimsical stocking! These are both cute, Carol!
ReplyDeleteThat stocking is super cool! Love that it has an elf toe! Awesome cards and challenge! I think we are going to have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThese are both so much fun! I love the ginormous stockings with the plaid backgrounds.
ReplyDeleteI love that coverplate, Carol. It is so unique and the stripes that match the plaid background make it so festive.
