Happy and Sparkle...Serendipity Stamps March Blog Hop #2

Hello,

Welcome to Serendipity Stamps March Blog Hop #2! Seems like only yesterday we embarked on the first one of the month. Guess all my comings-and-goings over the past couple of weeks to be with my mom and my sweet niece and nephew makes time go all the more quickly. Can't believe how jam-packed my days have been. So. Much. Fun!

Speaking of fun...

Today, the design team will be showing you some fabulous products and offering you a chance to win some goodies from Serendipity Stamps. All you need to do is hop along and leave comments, which puts you in running for a $20 gift certificate.  Here's the hop list....

Carol Mayne - you are here

Even though St. Patrick's Day is rapidly approaching, yours truly's stash is bare when it comes to Irish themed images. So...adaptations must be made, and adapt I did! Today's focus: CAS cards, easily recreated and, in honour of St. Paddy, green is the theme!

My first card features the brand-spanking new Happy Background Die. This little number zips up a smile-making card base in record time and you can decide what kind of "happy" you want to celebrate by changing up the background or with an inside sentiment. I'm sure you'll find other ways to use this delight...but this version is quick. The bonus: you can save the whimsical happy cuts for another project!

I often associate St. Patrick's Day with 'sparkle', be it a twinkle in the eye of a mischievous leprechaun, the glimmer of the sun shining on the pot of god at the rainbow's end, drops of dew on deep green shamrocks...With such thoughts in mind, I turned to the Leave A Little Sparkle stamp which I think looks quite fetching on its stenciled background of Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Twisted Citron.  I'm quite loving this combination of late...

Please head over to Serendipity Stamps Blog for more details as well as for some sale and new product news.  Need some enticement? Here's a snippet of what awaits:
