Carol Mayne - you are here
Today, I'm sharing two cards that herald the start of several sets - requested by my sister-in-law - for my niece's ballet teachers. How fortunate, isn't it, that Serendipity Stamps had exactly what I was seeking in the oh-so-lovely Ballet Cling Set, that comprises a ballerina, ballet slippers and a fabulous sentiment. I think these images are lovely as is...so I left them *as is*. My CAS-loving heart is swooning...Gotta love it when gorgeous stamps do ALL the work! *grin*
The sentiment "Dance is the hidden language of the soul", is lovely and powerful. I have several other designs in mind for these images; hopefully, Ms. T's teachers will be pleased when they receive their gift card ensembles once dance wraps up the season...
Please head over to Serendipity Stamps Blog for more hop details. Oh yes, and there are awesome deals to be found! The Fun Heart Cling Set, for example, is this month's 50% off stamp...I think they need to come live in my collection!
Next on the hop list: wonderfully talented Karen Amidon.

ReplyDeleteThose ballet teachers are going to love these, and wonder how someone could personalize cards so beautifully! I know little Miss T. is going love them, too! When our Jessica was little, she wanted to be a "bannereela." The family still refers to ballerinas that way, lol! Sweet, my friend. Bev

ReplyDeleteSo very pretty, Carol ... the simple elegance of each card is perfect ... Miss T's dance teachers will love them! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeleteReminds me of when I used to dance. You do not hear much of little girls doing ballet anymore. But then it did not help that I had a boy. I would have loved to take a little girl to lessons and reminisce of putting on those ballet shoes and wearing a tutu.
ReplyDeleteI agree; I like that ballerina silhouette. It's perfect just like that.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the pretty dance themed cards! Very cheerful and uplifting!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Carol! Love the clean and simple design!
