Happy Dancing and Make Some Noise...CAS(E) this Sketch #163

Hello,

Did you play over at CAS(E) this Sketch #163 this week? Talk about a challenge that initially saw me doing an *uh uh, no way*...but I kept coming back...same response...coming back...

Finally, I had a *oooohhhhh* moment, when I took time to look closely at the DT's amazing cards. One in particular - Jen's - caught my eye (and judging by the comments she received, she caught a whole lot of eyes *grin*)...

So, I just hauled off and copied her! Yep, full on...and not once, but twice!  Naughty me!

Having  made my confession, I also want to add that the results of my plagiarism...CAS(E) the Designer adaptation make me feel good (which I need, given my flat mojo of late)!  My 'twists': STAMPlorations stamps,Cas-ual Friday sentiments (from a set different than hers) and neon inks because these sentiments call for some vibrant colours....

Yayyyy...Thank you, Jen, for the fabulous inspiration!  I had such fun copying casing your card!

Thank you for spending time with me today; your visit brings me immense joy!

  1. Wow! I love these two cards Carol! They are fun and bright and fun! Did I say how fun they are?!! lol I really love the bright colors you used as well as the sentiments. And even though you CASED Jen's card, your looks different from her's. You put your own touch and spin on her card and they look fabulous! Hugs, Brenda

  17. Sometimes you have to have just the right inspiration hit you for the mojo to kick in, Carol, and in this CASE (sorry had to) it kicked in hard. Fantastic CASE of Jen's card and the bright colors really speak to the sentiments.

  18. I'm just tickled that you put my card on your blog! I'm just sorry it took me four days to see it! Glad I was able to give you a little bit of inspiration and can I say that I love your renditions. The bright colors make me smile and the sentiments are awesome. I actually have one of those sentiment sets and it has yet to see ink - shame on me!
