Poinsettias...Happy Little Stampers~October Christmas Challenge, CAS(E) this Sketch #146, The Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring Challenge, Christmas Card Challenges #47~Anything Goes, STAMPlorations~Anything Goes

Hello,

Wednesday evening....already!

So, back in early October, when the Happy Little Stampers October Challenge

appeared, I was feeling very sorry for myself. Poinsettia-less, my collection was. Or so I thought. A little rummage through my stash Monday evening, to organize my Christmas stuff and guess what appeared...not one, but two poinsettias.  They'd completely escaped memory (yikes!).  Anyway, delighted I found them, and so, I've brought them out to play!

My STAMPlorations poinsettia, Chameleon pens coloured, lightly surrounded by a sky blue 'dot' stamp, also from STAMPlorations and, in betwixt and between,  my new sentiment from Happy Little Stampers, is joining the gallery at CAS(E) This Sketch #146

NOTE: Thrilled and delighted to see this card selected as a Happy Little Stampers Favourite.  THANK YOU!

My second features a Penny Black die, sponged with distress inks and pounced with Perfect Pearls for some shimmer and shine, set atop a STAMPlorations Flourishes stencil, inked with Delicata Gold, and sporting a Happy Little Stampers sentiment.

And another two cards added to my Christmas collection...yayyy!!

  20. I'm definitely poinsettia-less - no stamps of poinsettias hidden anywhere!!! (I've got such a small amount of stamps, I know them all and don't have any to be happily discovered :( !!!) And what a great poinsettia that is, that you've got there, Carol!!! So beautifully coloured and so creatively used with the CTS sketch!!! The flower on the second card is simply stunning and I love the subtle stenciled bg!!!!! Two lovely cards!!!
    Have a great weekend!!!
