We're waiting for a furnace guy to come our way (as mentioned in my previous post) and since he's not arrived yet, I'm sneaking in like a flash with another "I have only white card stock on hand' card! This one is full-on Winnie & Walter...swoon-inducing products and incredible service. Check them out if you haven't already! *Winter* is several die-cuts layered (Seasons Cutaways) , and the snowflakes (Bigger Bang Flurries) are dewdrop-ink stamped with peanut brittle, toffee crunch (sugar theme continues *grin*), and grey flannel.

Love this sweet card dear friend. Those colors are so beautiful together and your design is just a delight. The little pearl is the perfect touch and that die cut is uber cool. Might have to expand my budget and get a few W&W goodies... especially after seeing this beauty. Hope things are alright with you. Take good care of yourself and your mum. Thinking and praying for you. big hugs. Bev

ReplyDeleteSuperbly elegant card! Love all the dimension!!! Thanks for playing along with us this week at Just Us Girls!!
ReplyDeleteWowza!!! That is one gorgeous winter card! I just love white on white and those beautiful silver and gold snowflakes just make for an amazing card! You are doing wonderful things with your limited stash Carol! Glad the furnace guy made it. We are having some Canadian weather down here with a high of only 9 and wind chills way below zero! Brrrrr!! Stay warm! ((Hugs))
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card! Love the snowflakes and the layered "Winter" die cut......stunning! Thanks for joining us this week at Just Us Girls!
ReplyDeleteOh, this would be worth having a winter birthday for! The winter cutaway is standout, and I love the snowflake background.
ReplyDeleteWow, this is an amazing card Carol! I am really loving your "only white" cardstock because you are making some amazing cards that still have lots of color on them! And of course you are still tickling my sweet tooth with those ink colors! I so love that winter die and those amazing snowflakes. Gosh I think I need me some Walter and Winnie stamps/dies. lol I hope the furnace man go there! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteBeautiful winter birthday card...I love your cluster of snowflakes, so sweet. Wishing you heat too and very soon too, no fun being cold.
ReplyDeleteThis is incredible!! Love...love...love it! I laughed at the comment not to buy another colored card stock. If this is your results then she has a valid point! Thanks for playing along with the Girls and I at JUGS! We would love it if you would play again soon. You do amazing work!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous, Carol! Love all the white with the gold snowflake and the diecut winter! Thanks for sharing at Merry Monday!

ReplyDeleteJumped out of the Curtain Call gallery at me! So soft and lovely and perfect for a winter birthday! Why do furnaces seem to go out when the temp is the lowest? Same thing just happened to my parents in MI. Big hug to keep you warm.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful CAS card
ReplyDeleteThis such a beauty Carol, your restricted cardstock isn't holding back your creativity!
ReplyDeleteHope the furnace man gets your Mum's boiler sorted in this cold weather. My daughter's boiler was on the blink before Christmas and they were without hot water and heat for a few days and they'd just had it serviced not long before! At least the weather was quite mild at the time! :)
I adore the colouring here and all that dimension-a beauty for sure xx
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Carol, this is jaw dropping gorgeous!!! The white space and the gold snowflake!! Wow!!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it! I just wandered over to my craft desk because I unexpectedly have to make a birthday card for tomorrow. I decided to browse a few blogs first - and look at this LOVELY card that I can CAS(E)!!
ReplyDeleteI hope the furnace guy does well. I live in fear of our ancient furnace giving up. It's not just that the furnace is very expensive, but the room it is in is no longer up to code so there would also be structural changes.
did you mention at your last post you only have white paper
ReplyDeleteand did you know that white on white is adorable
yeah Carol this card is abolut perfect white on white and a bit color LOVE this!!!
i Guess if cuttebug and dies sentiment there you can go wrong and hubby so clever to pack these all...my hubby hehe he will never do this..thanks to him Carol he is a best man and best partner at card making LOL
hugs, Monika
This is gorgeous love the soft look on the BG snowflakes :)
ReplyDeleteYou have totally captured the beauty of winter in your card! The white sentiment on the white card is exactly as it is outside! A splash of elegant metallic colors add just the right amount of dazzle without compromising the softness of your design. Breathtakingly beautiful! Mother Nature would be proud!
ReplyDeleteGood morning sweetie, this gorgeous, I have been without internet but I had you in my thoughts, have a great day, hugs Pops x
