Hello,
Welcome to Colour Hues Challenge #79, where our wonderful hostess, Karen, invites us to combine hues of Copper and Green as inspiration for the next two weeks. A new metallic + plenty of options for green = a fabulous, fun challenge!
We're delighted to have Greta as our guest designer for this challenge.
In a spur-of-the-moment decision - well, actually, to reach a 'free shipping' threshhold - Tim Holtz's Rupert landed in my cart. My bought-on-a-whim purchase would up being a ton of fun! Not only is he quite easy to assemble, but ohmystars! What a cutie! Extra fabulous: 2024 is the Year of the Dragon, so I have big plans for Rupert to star on a few stages over the next while!
Balloons are from Concord & 9th that I jazzed up with some wee xoxo teensy copper die-cuts; the gift is TH Mimi Christmas icons, sentiment is from Honey Bee stamps; the slimline (haven't made any of those in ages!) is Studio Katia. In real life, the copper is VERY shiny!
Hope Rupert brings you a smile!
Looking forward to seeing your Copper and Green creations in the gallery.
The challenge will be open until January 28th @ 9 AM EST!
