Just Us Girls Challenge #660 ~ Photo Week...Peace On Earth Deer Wreath

Hello,

I'm back as hostess for Just Us Girls Challenge #660, where we have this lovely photo - selected by teammate Vicki - as this week's inspiration. This room...so glamourous!


Our talented November guest, Karren Johnson, and the amazing design team have created lovely cards, drawing inspiration from various aspects of the image. Thank you, Karren, for sharing your exceptional creativity with us this month! We're sad to see you go, but hope you'll join us often in upcoming challenges.

The deer picture over the mantle, the greenery and the navy/gold are elements that caught my eye - and I translated them into the card you see below.  Simple..with my lovely MCT stamps and dies.


This will be our final challenge for 2022, as the team takes a well-deserved December break to recharge their creativity. And watch for some new things coming here at Just Us Girls in 2023! Exciting!

    Beautiful card, Carol. Love the detail in the background that sets off the pretty wreath. The texture in the deer die is also very cool. Thanks so much for sharing!

    Carol... blue and gold!!! one of my favorite color combinations. During the black Friday sales, I just ordered a midnight blue velvet couch... it was a steal at West Elm. Your card made me smile thinking of it! Have an amazing holiday!

    As I told the other two ladies, I love deer dies and yours is in one of my favorite color combos: navy and gold! What a pretty card Carol!
