Just Us Girls Challenge #638~Photo Week - Make It an Ice Cream Kind of Day!

Hello,
Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #638, where our fabulous hostess, Vicki, has selected this delightful pineapple beach scene as this week's inspiration. How cool are these sunbathing beauties, sporting their snazzy sunglasses and summery flowers! Adorable, right!
Once again, Lucy G. joins us as our June guest designer. Thank you for sharing your fabulous creativity with us this month! Your card for this challenge is, as were all the others, wonderful! And speaking of wonderful, so too are the cards by my team! If you have a chance, please visit and leave them some love.

I've been having such fun with Colorado Craft Co.'s Ice Cream Day images: one set includes cats (which you'll see very soon); the other, the adorable mice, shown below. I decided to use them (because I don't have anything pineapple in my collection) in my translation of the photo. My three little mice are certainly enjoying their big ol' cones on the beach! Hope the sun doesn't melt their treats too quickly!  Once again, I followed Yana Smakula's no blend copic colouring. Such fun, especially with these whimsical Anita Jeram critters!

Looking forward to how the photo inspires you!

Thank you for dropping by!
