Color Hues Challenge #27~Orange and Green...Jack o'Lantern Tags and Treat Holders

Hello,

Welcome to Color Hues Challenge #27, where Lindsey has selected hues of Orange and Green for us to play with for the next two weeks. We haven't had green as a selection for a while, so this is opportunity for all of you who love florals to let those leaves shine! For others, the combination may speak to Fall, or Halloween, or...? Possibilities galore!

Since it is October 1st, and I'm a-craze with Halloween-themed projects, I was thrilled with Lindsey's choices. Jack o'Lanterns immediately came to mind and I wound up creating pretty much an entire pumpkin patch! The top row sees the pumpkins adorning treat holders (I even managed to find orange and green only foil wrapped chocolates); the second row sees the little cuties as a mini card and a tag. So much fun!

Please visit our talented lineup of designers whose Orange and Green creations are amazing, then join us in the gallery!

Marcia and Jacinda - Guest Designers

The challenge is open until 9:00 AM (EST) on October, 14th.

The winners will be posted an hour before our next challenge goes live.
The overall winner will have the opportunity to be a
future Guest Designer!

Thank you for dropping by!

  1. Wow, Carol! I'm glad two colours could spark so much terrific creativity! And I'm so impressed that you carried the colours over into your treat selection. These are so much fun!

  3. A great set of Jack o'lanterns Carol. We don't get any trick or treaters here, they'd have to walk a mile from town then down a 1/4mile of track in the dark! :)
