Inkspirational Challenge #203~Photo Inspiration...Joy to the World + Trees

Hello,

Hard to believe that Christmas has come and gone; a blink of an eye! BUT, still plenty to celebrate for the next couple of weeks! For us, the celebration continues at my mom's, where we're spending lovely time with her and, of course, my niece and nephew! Hockey games (my nephew's), shopping, walks with Lily, cookie baking...all on the agenda!

Speaking of celebration:  Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #203, where we have this fabulous photo to spark your creativity. From images/elements to the the 'theme'...whatever piques your fancy is sure to pique ours!

The tree, the clocks and the 'joy' that infuses this photo are translated into my card with the trees, the scalloped circle and the joy sentiment.  Patterned paper + matching ephemera = all neat, tidy and easy!

Uniko Brand Ambassador Inspiration...Dreaming of a White + Pop of Colour Christmas

Okay...I am still NOT done sending Christmas cards and, I suspect, still have a few more to make! OHMYSTARS, but I'm behind!  That said: welcome to my Uniko Brand Ambassador Inspiration post!

Fortunately, I have several lovely Uniko stencils and sentiments on hand, as well as some translucent gel and plenty of glitter to create cards that are super simple AND super sparkly! While this isn't 100% mass-production - as I've used various stencils - the embossed sentiment fits that bill. I simply arranged the words on my Misti, die-cut my cardstock, added Versamark ink and white embossing powder and, in a few waves of my heat gun, had my sentiments all done. The hardest part: waiting for the glitter to dry! Yes, yes...I could have used pre-mixed glitter gels/shimmer pastes but my stock is running low. It was way more fun to 'glitter me (and Lily and my craftroom) silly'!

I did my best to capture the sparkle in my photos but didn't do them justice. Please use your imagination a bit...these really do shimmer and twinkle!

STAMPlorations December 2019 CAS Challenge Reminder Post~Anything Goes (Optional Twist: Christmas Colours)...Merry & Bright Deer

Welcome to my reminder post for the STAMPlorations December 2019 CAS Challenge, always Anything Goes with, this month, the optional twist of Christmas Colours.

I've used a quartet of favourites here:  the reindeer die (the die that accompanies this one is another favourite *grin*), the sparkle paper I cut it from, the sentiment and the plaid background. Simple...and I may have made a few more in this style! Need to get my cards addressed and in the mail very soon!

Perfectly CAS December 2019 Challenge~CELEBRATE...Hooray!

Welcome to the Perfectly CAS December 2019 Challenge, where this month's theme is CELEBRATE!

Christmas is *the* most wonderful reason for celebration, so...I made another Christmas card to add to the stack awaiting addressing and mailing! Slow...as per usual!  These feature (finally!) the Candy Cane stamps/dies from The Stamp Market. And yes, I more-or-less cased one of the cards made when the release went live, but a simpler, CAS version. I love this!  I wish I had striped red/green paper to use for the inset letters but the shades of pink are okay this time around. Will be on the lookout during Christmas sales...

Uniko Christmas Party...Wishing You A Merry & Bright (Snowflake) Christmas

MERRY CHRISTMAS (almost) and WELCOME to the UNIKO CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Our lovely Bev sure knows how to celebrate the season with a warm invitation share share your Christmas cards, tags, projects or scrapbook pages using Uniko Clear Stamps, Stencils or Designer Dies.

My card is certainly far from original but...it's an original for *me*! The lovely Sparkling Snowflake Designer Die is the star of the white-on-white with pops-of-colour stage. A bit of twinkle on the back panel - Scattered Polka Dots Stencil, covered with translucent gel then sprinkled with glitter (which continues to be all over the place! Why I didn't use a glimmer paste is beyond me...except I have none in my stash at the moment) - and a trio of Festive Sentiments embossed on snippets of cardstock - and DONE!

Inkspirational Challenge #202~Designer's Choice (No Stamping)...Two Tags + Two Mailbox Gift Card Holders

Welcome to Inkspirational Challenge #202, where Anila, for her Designer's Choice, invites us to create cards/projects with NO stamping! Bring out your dies, your ephemera, your stencils...just leave the inks in the drawer!

I have a foursome to share - all using die-cuts - that were inspired by various Christmas Carol- themed tags at Ellen Hutson's 12 Tags of 2019 Event.

My first tag - featuring a stately, dapper Rudolph, sporting his iconic shiny red nose AND gold sparkly antlers - was inspired by Therese Calvird's "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer' tag from Day 1.

JOY was inspired by Ardyth's "Joy to the World" tag from Day 2.

The next two projects are mailbox gift card holders with Dec. 25th mini tags. As these will be added to gifts for my niece and nephew, the mailboxes are a 'cool tag twosome' *grin*  I'm linking these to Heather's "Cool Yule" tags from Day 7.

Joy Cards...Paper Smooches November Anything Goes Challenge

I decided to 'challenge myself a challenge' using some of my older and new Paper Smooches sets, focusing on the theme of JOY!  Once I got going, I just carried on and on and on! Five cards and one tag added to my 'send' stash! Yayyyy!

Happy Little Stampers December 2019 Christmas Challenge~Anything Goes (optional twist: CANDY CANE)

Are you finished your Christmas cards? Already have them mailed? If so, you are light years ahead of me! Still making; still yet to send...as per usual, sighhhh! I think I dilly-dally because I want the season to last longer, although the last-minute panic really isn't much fun!

In the event you still have cards to make, here's incentive! Welcome to Happy Little Stampers December 2019 Christmas Challenge, always Anything Goes, with this month's optional twist being Candy Cane. Bet that started your sweet tooth tingling!

No candy canes from me; rather, a bunch of snowmen...the leftovers from The 25 Days of Christmas Tags 2019, from our feature day with Studio Katia. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with them...and then Galina's fabulous card appeared!  Decision made! I pretty much cased her card, adding a few little touches of my own. The sentiments: from our very own Kylie!! The snowflakes: from Uniko. Love this combination! Five more cards added to the stash!  In fact, these were so easy to make, they may enter into mass production assembly very soon!
