Welcome to Tag, You're It! Challenge #93, where we're inviting you to design bookmarks! Something fun; something practical, especially as the school year is rapidly approaching. Feel free to be inspired by the photo or by whatever you choose, from classy and elegant, to cute and whimsical. Looking forward to being dazzled (and would love if you shared a favourite book you've read...I'm always on the lookout!).
I love these shelves, filled with rows of books and various knick-knacks. Definitely 'book' marks! As it turns out, I found a sheet of Pinkfresh Studio paper with a similar design, so I made three tags and all VERY simple, with the addition of a some stickers, a bit of die-cutting (didn't want to waste the wee strip I had left over after creating the tags) and a teensy bit of stamping.
Looking forward to seeing your bookmarks in the gallery!
Please be sure to visit our guest designer, Marcia Hill, as well as my teammates - Kara, Kim, Bobby and Nancy Such fabulous inspiration!
Wonderful tags Carol...and who doesn't love a good book...much prefer a book to a kindle! xx
