Just Us Girls Challenge #479~Colour Week...Thanks

Hello,

Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #479~Colour Week, where our lovely Nancy has selected yellow, purple and teal as this week's inspiration palette. Spring, Easter, or....? Whatever you choose!

Once again, we're thrilled to be joined by your talented guest designer, Greta Hess; please visit her, as well as my teammates - SueAngieVickiInaBobbyNancyLisa and Maria - who would love to know you dropped by.

Confession: I'm obsessing over Concord and 9th's Turnabout sets. I've collected a few - some of which have yet to be inked (Yikes!) - but with the new alignment sheets and jigs...ohmystars! Game changing! I think said collection will be growing!

For this go-round, bringing out the Many Thanks for a turn-about once...

and twice.  Nothing even remotely novel with this one, as the design is a case from the C&9 site...which is why I bought this stamp/die in the first place. Yep...call me copy cat or rather, flattering with imitation *grin*)

Over to you...

Looking forward seeing what you create with YELLOW, PURPLE & TEAL!

Thank you for dropping by!

  1. Turnabouts are so fun, aren't they? Your cards look wonderful, Carol! Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Isn't that what they say? :) Keep having fun with them!

  5. Two fabulous cards! I love how you used the turnabout stamp in the challenge colors and the tone on tone on the second one, as well. Love those speech bubbles, too. I still haven't caved into getting any of these stamps, but you keep making it harder for me to resist!

  8. I can see using those turnabouts in a lot of color challenges, Carol. Your card in our colors looks fabulous but the stamp also looks great tone on tone with those colorful speech bubbles.

  9. I still have an unopened Turnabout set, too, but that will be changing soon! Great choice to incorporate the color combo, Carol--really love the second bold card!
