Hope your Saturday is warmer than ours...temperature is -25C; with windchill, -42C. "Frostbite in minutes' says Environment Canada. Gahh! Our puppy is not a fan of this frigid weather either; little paws get cold fast! We're going to stay inside and craft...and play...and play some more *grin*
Welcome to Inkspirational Challlenge #180~Word Prompt, where we're inviting you to feature TEXT on your cards/projects. Oh, the possibilities...large sentiments, perhaps a 'text' message, a cell phone...maybe even a typewriter? I know you'll have fun with this!
Two cards today, that were very quick to make thanks to the fabulous LOVE dies from The Stamp Market! First, a white version (paper from Cocoa Vanilla)
and a sparkly red one.
My wonderful teammates have interpreted the prompt in beautiful ways; please visit and leave them some love, which I know will be deeply appreciated:
Looking forward to visiting you in the gallery!
"LOVE" ly cards, Carol. I like how you used the stripes on the first one and the fun glittery letters on the second. Hope you and your puppy have fun playing indoors this weekend and that the weather warms up for you. Brrrrr!
ReplyDeleteI always find it fascinating to see how different cards can look with just a few subtle changes. The first carc feels warm and cozy, the second stylishly crisp and clean. Great job!
ReplyDeleteWow... that LOVE is fantastic! What a bold look and clean design. Love how you created dual cards with this design.

Eek, I'm blushing! :) Thank you for introducing me to this terrific challenge by sneaking me in as guest designer! Such a warm and welcoming team. I agree - this LOVE die is terrific! Two awesome cards with it too. I'm looking forward to a fun month!
ReplyDeleteReally clever way to use these dies. Shows us how creative you are! Love the pink stripe one, lovely combo of colours x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards Carol. Love how the sentiment covers a whole lot.
ReplyDeletefab cards - love that "love " die
ReplyDeleteGreat ways to use those tall letters - they look fantastic in both.
ReplyDeleteFabulous, Carol ... both the softly striped one that's deliciously pretty ... and the cool, stylish shimmery bold one that's rather handsome! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeleteThose large letters really make a statement, Carol. Whether soft and feminine or bright and bold the word is all you need for a fabulous card.
ReplyDeleteAnd what a cool die this is! Love you you used it!
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are so bold and crisp Carol! Gorgeous!
