Welcome to Day 1 of the Uniko Studio October 2018 Release, where we're *re-introducing* two oldies, but goodies: Background Builders: Christmas AND Jolly Christmas clear stamp sets. These two clear stamp sets were launched in October 2013 HERE and HERE.
Today, we're breathing some fresh life into these stamps, to show you just how vast their creative potential.
My cards, featuring Background Builders: Christmas, were oh-so-simple to design, as I used the stamps 'as is' straight from the packaging. A bit of tape to affix the backing sheet to my Misti and ta dahhh...a 100% 'background' stamp! Kraft, red and gold embossing...a LOT of gold embossing! In real life, these are oh-la-la shimmery!
Sentiment: Most Wonderful (it's awesome!)

ReplyDeleteOh la la, is the correct exclamation ! Love all the shimmery of this gold embossing over the red and kraft card stocks. I was about to do the same with the whole stamp set directly stamped on the card, I didn't but I'm so happy to see that a talented lady did it ! It's a good way to make at the same time beautiful and quick Christmas cards ! Hugs x

ReplyDeleteWell aren't you clever leaving the stamps on their packaging and stamping away. They turned out so beautiful, Carol, and the gold, red and kraft color theme is one of my favorites.
