A Tribute for Melissa Lane



Hello,

 Today, I'm one of many designers participating in A Tribute for Melissa Lane, a precious member of the STAMPlorations family.  


On October 2, 2018, Melissa Lane (https://honeybeelane.wordpress.com) passed away. During her two years as part of the STAMPlorations family, she revealed herself to be an incredibly talented, passionate designer, especially in mixed media, and a sweet, warm individual. 

 Melissa loved butterflies, so we're creating butterfly cards in memory of her. You can find all the details at Tribute To Melissa Lane. If you wish to create a card, you'll be able to link it up there.

Even though I did not have the joy of meeting Melissa in person, I was blessed - time and again - with her creativity, her inspiration, her positive comments and her enthusiasm for expressing  herself through her various projects, especially mixed media. Many times, her 'presence' brightened my days...and so, in her honour, I've designed a rainbow butterfly card.

Just a note...to let her - and her family - know that I miss her....

    Your delicate butterfly scene with the soft rainbow background is stunning, Carol! What a perfect card for the tribute! Even though I didn't really know Melissa I was very saddened by the news of her passing.
