Hello,
Popping in with a card inspired by the stunning stenciling at MUSE Challenge #260~Anita
and the pretty colours at TIME OUT Challenge #106~Photo Inspiration
I used the same Altenew Layered Dahlia stencil as Anita did, changing up the colours to fit with those in the inspiration photo. A 'bit' of tricky taping to mask off the different flowers, leaves and 'background' sections of the first stencil, but once done, adding ink with the second detail stencil was easy-peasy. A simple sentiment finished it off...
NOTE: Honoured and delighted to be selected as a Muse Challenge #260~Featured Member! THANK YOU!
Hope you're having a great weekend; may the sun be shining and the weather warm!

ReplyDeleteSoft and wonderfully dreamy, Carol ... that 'tricky' masking was sure worth the effort, this is gorgeous! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Time Out ... it's always a delight when you do! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Love those sunny colours and the pretty stencil.
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty! Wonderful use of that stencil. I know what you mean with fiddling with tape and masks to use different colored inks with the same stencil... It can be a bit time consuming but the end results are stunning! Thanks for joining us at Time Out!
ReplyDeleteYou have truly brought the sunshine into my day, Carol! Such a GORGEOUS take on Anita's Muse card and the Time Out inspiration photo...WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteLove your sunny version of my card, Carol. Well done at masking off the stencil sections, I took the easy option! lol
