Hope my post finds everyone doing well and managing to stave off the January "blues." If you're in need of cheering up, though (I know I am...blechy weather!), - or just want a 'something different' to tickle your creativity buds - then come play along with us at Just Us Girls Challenge #424~Colour Week. Our wonderful Ina has selected Teal, Mustard and Orange for this week's palette.
Ahhh...butterflies! These, from Concord & 9th, are some of my favourites! I think they make a pretty teal-mustard-orange trio. Hope you do, too!
Cathy McCauley, aka Cathymac, is joining us once again as our GD, with another amazing card!My teammates have some incredible inspiration happening, too; please drop by their places and leave them some love: Sue, Angie, Vicki, Ina, Bobby, Nancy, Lisa, Maria.
Excited to see where this wonderful colour combination takes you!
Thank you for dropping by!
How beautiful these butterflies look in my 'colour choices'. So bold. Love the little sentiment and those splatters have added a super finish. Sorry I stumped you for a bit! You came out with flying colours.
ReplyDeleteThose butterflies look lovely in their creative hues. You've lined them up so nicely and I also really like the bit of splatter around them to kind of soften them up. Wonderful work, Carol! :) Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteAwesome use of the colors! I do love me some butterflies ;)
ReplyDeleteSuch a terrific CAS card Carol! Love the added spatters too! Have a fabulous day!
ReplyDeleteLove this - great stamp to use and your splatters are PERFECT! I can't stop looking at your card - it's absolutely AMAZING!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your trio of butterflies in the challenge colors, Carol. I take it those splatters are a stamp. If not I need the secret for perfectly placed splats.
ReplyDeleteThe colours of the challenge are really lovely together and the butterflies look great in them.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining our 'Butterfly' challenge this week at Allsorts.
