Welcome to October's Happy Little Stampers Anything Goes with Dies Challenge!
Two cards featuring dies today. The first: a duo of Concord and 9th Happy Balloons, floating through a stenciled fluffy clouds blue sky background. I've left the card opened ended with the addition of the 'happy' die cut...happy birthday, happy engagement, happy...everything! These balloon are seriously too much fun with their doodly patterns...
Second, is my card inspired by Sovushka Slavia Challenge #13,
where we're invited to case the lovely card designed by incredibly talented, Erum Tasneem. My take is nowhere near as breath-taken-away beautiful as hers, but I so enjoyed playing with my Neat and Tangled heart wreath, as is.

Oh I love them both Carol!! your second card, especially caught my eye. I love how you left the image uncolored : ) It is so lovely it holds its own while showing off your pretty background!

Those ARE such fun patterns on your celebratory balloons, Carol ... aren't they fabulous! Love that heart wreath ... and that you've left it as is to shine against that lovely unstructured striped background ... fresh and gorgeous! Hugs, Anita :)

The patterns in the balloons are fun! Great stenciled clouds, too. I really like the diagonal stripes on the second card. Helps show off that pretty wreath. Hope the snow stops soon! We are supposed to get that white stuff today! Hugs!!
