I think the unusually high temperatures here are playing havoc with my internet connection, so this will be a quick post! I hear you cheering *grin*
First up, my entry for Less is More Challenge #344~Royal Blue & Lime Green
Unicorn! Such a pretty one from Concord & 9th. In fact, so pretty that I made a second card
for Seize the Birthday~Ocean Colours (Blue, Green and/or Aqua).
The unicorns *may* look the same, but differences do exist. The first has green-polish on its hooves; the second, blue. Manes and tails are either two coloured (first) or three (second). No wonder my niece inked up and die cut several to take home with her to colour. Speaking of which: here's one of her cards, featuring her unicorn AND her stenciling!
My 7-year-old niece's card: Unicorn Prancing in a Field of Roses.
Love it! The pink hooves are especially charming, as is the striped horn!

ReplyDeleteGreat cards! Thanks for sharing at Less is More!
ReplyDeleteI think YOUR awesomeness rivals that of a unicorn, Carol. You create such delightful cards. Love that you painted the toes/hooves of each unicorn differently. Love the sentiments, too. And I adore your niece's card. She's got talent there! And a very good teacher as well. Hugs to you both for this delightful post!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely stamp, I love how you've used our challenge colours too.

ReplyDeleteSeems like duplicates are in the cards for you lately, Carol. ;) That is a very nice unicorn stamp. No wonder your niece wanted to color her own. And a very good job she did, too.
ReplyDeleteThis is really fun! Love the CAS birthday card - all the white space with the ocean colours looks terrific. Thanks for playing along with Seize the Birthday.
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards! Your niece did a perfect job with hers!
