Hello!
Happy November! And a warm welcome to the Serendipity Stamps Challenge Blog #61! On the first of the month we post a new
challenge with a central theme. The design team provides samples for
inspiration at the beginning, and then again at the half way point of
the challenge, but you get a whole month to join us! The only 'rule' is
that you use at least one Serendipity Stamp image on your creation. The
incentive is an opportunity to win some goodies from Serendipity Stamps.
What do we have up our sleeves for you this month? Only something you'll totally enjoy: Texture! Talk about a plethora of choices: embossing folders, embossing, embossing paste, dimensional techniques and elements, ribbons and twine...and so the list goes!
With the cycling season coming to a close this past weekend (sad face), time has come to turn my thoughts to the rapidly approaching Christmas season (panicking at how behind I am with Christmas cards/projects!). Please welcome this adorable trio of Penguins, 'texturally' surrounded by a wintry wonderland that includes an embossed frame and Crystal Clear Nuvo Drops to mimic
snowflakes, fluttering down. Their icefloe is Stickles shimmery, too.
Aren't those faces the cutest!!!!
Want to see some ultra stellar texture creations? Then please check out
what my amazing team has done; you'll be WOWed! For sure!
Before you go: November's 50% Off Stamp of the Month is this absolutely cutie-patootie Snowperson with Wreath. Some of the DT have showcased this little gem...so incredibly sweet and festive!
Your turn!
How does *Texture* spark your creativity?
What Serendipity Stamp will you feature?
Looking forward to seeing your creativity in the gallery!
Be sure to link up at the challenge blog by 11:55 pm (US EST) November 28.

Oh Carol, this is an adorable card. Those penguins are so fun sitting there on that ice. I adore the texture you achieved with your embossing folder. Works great with the theme of your card. I also really like the icy blue background. :) I'm sure you will do the best you can with getting ready for Christmas and enjoy the season without getting too stressed! Big hugs!!
