Sunday evening...already! Are you watching Super Bowl? My husband is, and I think it's apparent what I'm doing. Actually, I'm hoping for a Budweiser Clydesdale commercial...
Anyway, a quick post because I have "Joy, joy, joy, joy, deep in my heart" that I was able to *play cards* with our sweet, punny Michele over at MUSE Challenge #151
No song titles accompany my card (I'm tune-less these days *grin*), BUT I've drawn inspiration from:
- 4 repeated images, with one 'slightly' different (my 'missing' piece stands alone, flat to the panel)
- red and white
- hearts
- "uses' the word love that is 'implied' in Michele's.
And, that's all I've got! Hope it passes the litmus test of being MUSE-connected.
My wee hearts are cut from glitter paper, so I'm taking my small offering to CASology Challenge #183~Glitter
NOTE: Incredibly honoured and delighted to be one of the Top Three Featured Members at MUSE! Thank you so much! I'm also thrilled that my card was selected as Joyce's Honourable Mention favourite over at CASology! Another THANK YOU! My little puzzle pieces are beaming with joy!
Thank you for spending some time with me; your visit brings me joy!
Brilliant, to interpret Michele's card that way! No music ? Well I did not read the instructions and made something up after the fact. At least you spare us the guessing game - I suck at that....
ReplyDeleteAdorable and beautiful card! Love the puzzle pieces!
ReplyDeleteFabulous and bright and bold, have a fun weekend x
ReplyDeleteOh you clever one! Brilliant use of the inspiration at Muse!

ReplyDeleteI think you did a spectacular job on your card and it passes any and all tests in my book! :) Those puzzle pieces sure are fun. Great way to use them. I really like the glittery hearts, too. Whooo hoooo to a much deserved break. I hope you enjoy every single second. I watched the Super Bowl and was thrilled with the end result! The commercials? I didn't enjoy those near as much as I'd hoped to. Ah well, that's okay. I didn't get any handwork done, though, as I was too busy actually watching the game this time. Hee, hee! I hope you have a fantastic week. Thank you SO much for your kind and encouraging comments on my blog. You are so very sweet! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteLove how you were inspired, Carol! This is a really fun card! So glad you joined us at Muse this week!

ReplyDeleteWe watched and love the game ,but my teams were not playing and not that into the commercials so I went in the craft room too. I had the game on .
ReplyDeleteLove this fun puzzle card too cute, Caro... with the missing piece.
The glitter paper puzzle pieces were a brilliant idea Carol! I am not a big football fan but the game was on, I love the half time show and I like to watch and pretend I understand what is going on! Thank you for joining us last week at CASology and Muse!
ReplyDeleteOne of the advantages of visiting late is that I can congratulate you on your Top Three at Muse and HM at CASology :) Well done, and well deserved!
ReplyDeleteI'm rather late to the party but I had to comment on your Favorite Card honor at Muse, Carol. This puzzle is such a cute idea and fits in with the muse card, with or without an accompanying song. I guess you could have used "I fall to pieces" as your lyric. ;)
