Batty for You...Addicted to Stamps and More #163~Holiday, CAS(E) this Sketch #141, Chouxchoux Paper Art Challenge #1~Halloween/Fall


Hello,

Today, my DT and I welcome you to Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #163~Holiday.  While Halloween is technically not a holiday, this year it falls on a Saturday, so I'm proclaiming it as such *grin* and sharing with you two cards, featuring my new CB Fright Night stamps/dies and a last year's Memory box spider web die.  Inspiration for my layout - with a 'magnification' adaptation, of course - come from CAS(E) this Sketch #141


First up, sporting a not-too-scary wing span, a cute fanged-smile and an outpouring of 'love' is my sweet little bat...


Second, my cross-eyed ghost, popping out from behind the tree, with his two companions, with Happy Halloween wishes....


Hopefully these aren't too scary for my niece's kindergarten teachers.  And oh, do I have ideas for little cards for her classmates (all 31 of them) and my nephew's daycare pals (20 some...).  Halloween stamps and dies are just so much fun!

    I have been watching your blog and loving your creations. I am so swamped at work, and I have gotten myself so far behind in visiting my friends. I just had to tell you how much I love these adorable halloween cards. The spider webs are awesome, and I love all of the adorable images and sentiments that you used. Just wonderful. Happy fall.     I was so busy with things after holiday finish then school finish at middle september

    Sweet spooky cuteness! Too scary? Absolutely not! Too cute? Absolutely yes - the teachers are gonna love these!

    31 + 20 H'ween cards.....broke out in a sweat just typing that (again!). Can hardly wait to see them!

    Goodness girl, you're gonna be "batty" by the time you're done! (sorry, couldn't resist the 'batty' part!)

    There is such a fabulous crispness to your cards. Everything fits perfectly like a well planned puzzle and the movement and excitement that jumps off the cards is perfect. I love your style of card making. I also went to that link and looked at the stamps...the numbers ARE amazing!! ;)

    I thought of using a spider web for the CTS challenge too, Carol but the rest of the card wouldn't come together. I love what you've done with all your bits and pieces of Halloween images. Just delightful and not too scary.
