Yet again, I'm nearly at the 11th hour, 59 minutes and 59 seconds of posting a card that I've had done for over a week! Seriously, I need an organization-nanny...
My card was sparked by the inspiration card created by sweet and talented Anita over at Muse #125:
I'm showcasing an "old" PTI set, but a new-comer to my collection: scribbly circles. Anita's colours and layout caught my eye....
NOTE: So honoured and thrilled to be selected as a Featured Member at Muse.. THANK YOU!
I'm also heading over to Little Tangles #58~Die Cutting
My husband and I are in the midst of Road Trip #2, which partially explains my disjoint posting and slow-poke commenting. Stay tuned for more details...
Thanks so much for dropping by; your visit and comments add sparkle to my day!
Hugs,
Love your take on the inspiration! Bold but beautifully CAS.

ReplyDeleteThis is a spot-on take of Anita's fun card, Carol! I can't believe you can craft and blog at all from the road, so you seem pretty darn organized to me ... if a tad bit "cutting it close!" Have fun and be safe!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeletePerfectly delicious, Carol ... love those scribbled circles as beautiful blooms! Enjoy road trip #2! Hugs, Anita :)

Absolutely gorgeous, Carol. I love how you've been inspired and the shading behind the die cuts is such a great effect. I also love how the sentiment follows the curve of your stem! Thanks so much for linking up at Muse and have a lovely road trip, Anita x
ReplyDeleteLove your take on the inspiration. Now you have inspired me to take that set out and do something wonderful with it. I've been away from my craft space and am loaded with ideas to try when I get home. Enjoy your road trip!!
ReplyDeleteAwww that is just too darn cute! I love the scribbly flowers and your pretty colors! You have a perfectly good excuse for your erratic posting and commenting! Have a wonderful time and safe travels!! ((Hugs))
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty....love your white scribbles over the color spots, so sweet. Enjoy your trip!
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic. Love how you put white die cuts over your pretty flowers. Those leaves are so cute and look so familiar--I might even have them, but can't place the set. Great idea to use a die cut sentiment. Hope you are having a nice trip.
ReplyDeleteI love the way the scribbly die-cut goes over the circle of colour - fresh and pretty card.
ReplyDeleteFabulous!! Love how you filled in behind the circles to create the flowers and the font on the "enjoy" is fabulous. Great take on the insp. card. Enjoy your road trip :)
ReplyDeletePLEASE pass on the name of the agency that hire out Organization Nannies! I think I could keep two of them busy!
ReplyDeleteFab card Carol! Every time I see any form of 'scribble' flowers I always think that I NEED to add them to my list. It has yet to happen...until now! Your gorgeous creation has got me convinced that this is another must have!

So pretty! I love the pop of color behind the die cuts - great contrast and really striking!
