Oh, guess what's new...another 'quick' post because I have my foot in the door of challenges nearly closing! I'm going to surprise you this time, though: no prattling. No sireee...getting straight to the point with sharing my cards. (For the record, though, we can blame a certain Mr. Sherlock Holmes for part of my distraction...Season 3, two episodes in. Fabulous. And yep, behaving like a school girl with a crush...). Anyway, as promised, enough with the chatting. We have a busy weekend/week coming up, so I'm rushing about trying to get ahead (hahahahahaahha...) with a few cards and chores before we head west, back east, then north. Hoping that in the midst of the hithering and yoning, I'll catch up with all YOUR impressive creativity!
Here's card 1
inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #109
followed by its cousin...
One or the other, or both, are off to various challenges:
Curtain Call~Kissing Booth (which I totally missed! Foot wasn't far enough in!)
Thanks so much for dropping by; your visit and comments add sparkle to my day!
Hugs,
Both of your cards are beautiful! Love both hearts! The shimmery one looks fantastic! Cute puzzle heart and sentiment!
ReplyDeleteHow clever you are, Carol! Your red foil heart is so striking, and I love the houndstooth pattern on his 'cousin' :) You really nailed on all of these challenges with these two beauties!

So is the second card!
So glad you joined us at CTS this week!
Both cards are fabulous, Carol! I like the shine on the first heart...a little unexpected. But what a fun die you used on both. I really like the embossing on the second card as well. Both cards are very striking. Safe travels as you venture hither and yon! :)
ReplyDeleteSee, and I was totally wishing for a puzzle piece die the other day.... :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful take on the CTS sketch, Carol! Fabulous cards!
Stunning! Adore the shiny puzzle heart, adore the sweet hounds tooth print heart! Great sentiments! I seriously admire you ability to emboss sentiments with absolute precision! Mine usually tend to 'blend' together - hate it when that happens...
