Halloween Shaker...AAA Cards #13: Create A Shaker Card, TPE #261: Anything Goes

Happy August 1...and while fall 'is' around the corner, I'm still hanging on to summer for a while longer!

I'm sharing a shaker card over at AAA Cards Challenge #13: Create a Shaker Card today.

I cannot explain how my shaker wound being what it is, given my 'hanging on to summer' statement proclaimed above.  Mr. Mojo took a wander; that's my story and I'm sticking to it.  Let's just say that in the midst of looking for 'something else', something else fell onto the table.  And I went with it, after going on yet another search for more something elses to go with  the 'theme' that pinged...

A Halloween shaker...I'm such a goofy sometimes (most times). In real life, it's quite a cutie.  A  'head start' on Halloween 'countdowns' for my niece and nephew...

I'm also sharing at The Pink Elephant #261: Anything Goes

Spending the day doing some chores and crafting.  The weekend will be dedicated to bike races, so I need to get my 'fixes' in while I can.  My husband realized that he's still exhausted from his supreme-o racing efforts in Bend, so he won't be racing this weekend after all (wise decision...). He's decided to step in to officiate the road race tomorrow and the crit on Monday, as we were a commissaire short for each. I'm happy...my nerves are happy (the five I have remaining *grin*).

Thanks so much for dropping by; your visit and comments add sparkle to my day!

  1. Wow! That is so fun!!! Funny, Halloween and autumn are heavy in my mind. Fall is my favorite season- I was raised in Maryland. My problem is we don't really have that season here in Tucson. So I'm always longing for Fall. Hey, those are neat die's- who makes them please? Hugs

  19. Wonderful!! Personally, I'm very ready for the cooler fall weather - so I am in love with your reminder that it's not far away!! So I headed over to My Creative Time before I wrote this. A flower die that I've been wanting is finally back in stock - so I was excited that I could order it and tuck in the ghost and "spooky". Guess what? Ghost and "spooky" are out of stock. I'm guessing it's YOUR fault as everybody is planning to CASE your shaker!
