Welcome to Just Us Girls Challenge #492, where I'm thrilled to be hostess for this week's Colour Challenge. I'm inviting you to select a favourite colour and feature it in Light, Mid and Dark tones. You may want to use two tones of one colour...totally fine by me...because that's what I did *grin*
We're thrilled to welcome Marlena McDeavitt as our guest designer once again. Please visit her, as well as my teammates - Sue, Angie, Vicki, Ina, Bobby, Nancy, Lisa and Maria - who would love to know you dropped by.
Over to you...
Looking forward seeing your Light/Mid/Dark colour creations in the gallery!
Thank you for dropping by!
Stunning! Oh wow, Carol! I'm in love with these cards. The shades of blue are absolutely gorgeous. I'm so happy you shared these! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful 3 shaded cards. Great challenge BTW
ReplyDeleteGreat cards and I love your theme - it was so fun to create with it! LOVE YOUR CARDS!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant and original theme idea, and beautiful cards. I really NEED more turnabouts. :D
ReplyDeleteFabulous challenge idea you've created!! I love your blues with the wreath!
ReplyDeleteI love these, blue makes me think of old plates my nan had, stunning designs, hugs Pops x
ReplyDeleteWow Carol your turnabout cards are stunning and so spectacular in the same colour tones. Great challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteWow! Two gorgeous creations in beautiful shades of blue. You definitely have a talent for using the Turnabout stamps, I'm still trying to perfect it.
ReplyDeleteI loved this challenge! And your cards are so pretty! I think I used the same colors as you did on the one on the right for a card I made a while ago. Love this set and how you used it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful challenge and amazing cards Carol! I have a thing for turnabouts too ;). Blue is my absolute favorite color and I could stare at this pair all day; they allow me to enjoy ALL the shades. Lovely work~
ReplyDeleteThese are both amazing! You have that technique down for sure! It's pure perfection! Your tones of blues are so complimentary too. Sometimes different shades of one color can fight eachother....not here my dear!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful way to use the three colors of blue, Carol. That first wreath is so light and airy and the second one sprayed out beautifully.
